Real Hope for Alzheimer’s
We can help Dementia and Alzheimer’s
Breakthrough in Research is Changing the Story
We understand your concern about your brain health– or the health of someone you love. This can be scary, but you’re not alone, and you’ve found someone who can help.
The growing prevalence of Alzheimer’s
Has this threat become a reality for you?
Alzheimer’s often starts 5, 10, or even 20 years before symptoms appear. Approximately 5.7 million people in the U.S. currently have Alzheimer’s disease and that number is expected to triple to 16 million by 2050.
We know a new diagnosis of cognitive impairment creates anxiety – we have experienced this fearful moment within our own family. Our natural tendency is to withdraw from our friends out of worry that we might not recall names or events, and we despair that our medical system has no clear treatment plan. But now we have hope! Breakthroughs in research are paving the way to change the story of dementia!
“You may have seen the TV commercial claiming that the first survivor of Alzheimer’s is ‘out there somewhere’. The first survivors are already here, they are well documented, and their cases are published in medical journals.”
– Dr Dale Bredesen

How this works
It’s not just symptom treatment, it’s addressing the source
Dr. Bredesen has found that preventing and treating Alzheimer’s is analogous to repairing a roof with 36 holes. Treating the disease requires addressing many aspects of the body at one time, as you would when repairing holes in a roof. The more holes you cover, the more success you have at fixing the problem. Making changes to how we eat, how we move, and how we support our health requires both clinical information and emotional support.

Meet Lisa & Keith
Supporting your brain healing & restoration
We (Keith and Lisa) met at Calvin University and spent time in Pennsylvania and Colorado before settling down in the Twin Cities, where Lisa grew up. Our three children—Lydia, Rachel, and Aaron—are launching into adulthood and enjoying their new found freedom.
Despite becoming recent empty-nesters, we remain very proud and invested parents, and look forward to the joys of grandparenting. With a commitment to healthy living, we believe the best days are yet to come. We have developed a new rhythm to life, with plenty of sleep, preparing healthy and delicious food (Lisa’s passion), and a favorite new sport– pickleball.
Together, we enjoy hospitality and connecting deeply with our clients and guests. Our home and wooded property in Lino Lakes provides a peaceful, retreat-like setting, and one that helps us bring together our expertise, experience, and creates an environment where healing and restoration can take place.
